Aimee and Jay are the definition of sweetness. Hailing from the US and deeply in love with the most authentic side of Tuscany, they chose Castello di Ristonchi for their wedding. Instead of waiting for the aisle, they opted for a very private First Look, exchanging their vows before the ceremony. It was a moment overflowing with emotion, far from everyone’s gaze, where time simply stood out. Aimee was breathtaking: her ethereal gown and fresh flower crown framed her face like a modern-day fairytale.

“A Dinner Celebration: Italo-Folk Rhythms Between Courses”

The real surprise was the dinner. No formal, quiet speeches here: an Italo-Folk band, complete with accordion and maracas, performed right among the tables, turning the banquet into a traditional village feast. It was incredible to see the American guests swept away by the rhythm of Italian classics, singing and dancing between courses. This entertainment choice made everything feel incredibly vibrant and spontaneous.
